I am currently not taking on therapists or coaches as clients. Thus, if you are in either of these professions, I would be happy to suggest other excellent service providers who specialize in this area.

The Nature of Counseling & Psychospiritual Coaching and Finances
Your investment is spent on high-quality, relational, collaborative, innovative, transformative, and inclusive supportive care, as well as on ongoing specialized training and practice that I use to customize premium holistic theracoaching and psychospiritual coaching that is best suited for you personally. Moreover, I will actively and compassionately play an active role in your healing process and will support you in doing the same.

Counseling Insurance Information
Please note that I do not accept insurance; however, I often work with clients insured by various insurance companies on an Out-of-Network basis. My professional qualifications often authorize out-of-network reimbursement, though please check with your insurance company just to be sure. Upon request, I can provide a receipt/superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Also, for your convenience, I accept Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) cards. Lastly, know that in order to receive payment from insurance companies, therapists need to assign you a "diagnosis” that can be carried with you under certain circumstances.
Fees
Session rates are the same for all holistic services provided and based on average time spent:
$170 per 60 minutes for Holistic Theracoaching
Nationally, I offer therapy online and in-person for residents of Texas only, and abroad whenever I am able to meet the regulations of specific countries.
$255 per 90 minutes for Psychospiritual Coaching
Psychospiritual Coaching meetings usually occur on a bi-weekly basis; however, when necessary and appropriate, less time during a session may be arranged for the hourly Holistic Theracoaching price above mentioned.
Moreover, I offer Psychospiritual Coaching locally in-person, and remotely nationally and internationally.
**Other fees may apply to services that require preparation time and/or materials; whenever possible, I will ask you to bring your own materials to limit your expenses.
I accept credit card payments for all services, and cash for in-person services as well.
For your reference, kindly take into account that even though some of the services provided can be very therapeutic, sessions intended to coach or facilitate active emotional release may not include counseling.

Counseling is available out in the community regardless of your income level. If you are looking for sliding scale therapy, I suggest that you see the list below to help you find therapy that fits a sliding scale rate that works for you as I do not offer a sliding scale or reduced fees at this time.
