I offer a variety of holistic healing services that can be used independently or combined depending on what is most beneficial for you at a given time.
The Nature of Holistic Healing Services and Finances
Trauma Holistic Therapy offers focused, short-term support for specific trauma-related challenges. Psychoenergetic Theracoaching and Move to Heal are also short-term, holistic, non-clinical coaching, though very therapeutic approaches, designed to help you move forward, with clarity, embodiment, vitality, and meaningful action toward well-being.
I use a transparent sliding-scale pricing system to recognize economic differences and promote wider access. The base rate sustains my work, covers business costs, specialized training, well-being, and ability to offer community support.
Those with greater financial access are invited to contribute at the sustainer rate to help extend accessibility to others. If needed, you are welcome to choose an amount between the listed rates under FAQs.

We can work together to find a session frequency that aligns with your goals, with the understanding that my work is primarily short-term and solution-focused.
How long does trauma therapy take to deliver results?
Your experience will be personalized and guided by your own natural pace. You may begin to sense change as you feel more connected, energized, and present — and this can happen as early as the first session for some people.

Do you accept FSA and HSA cards for payment?
Yes, I accept Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) cards for both therapy and theracoaching.
Do you take insurance?
I don’t accept insurance so I can focus more fully on offering high-quality, personalized care for you.
As a therapist, do you provide services to people who live outside of Texas and the USA?
Because the provision of psychotherapy is regulated by individual state governments, and I hold a Texas license; I can only offer services in this state as a therapist.

As a coach/theracoach etc., Do you offer coaching sessions to clients anywhere in the world?
Absolutely! As a theracoach, I provide online services locally, nationally, and internationally. In-person sessions are available to local residents.
What is your cancellation policy?
I ask that you please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid being charged for the session. If unforeseen circumstances arise, we’re always open to discussing them. You will never be charged if a session needs to be changed due to something on my end.

What are your working hours?
I care deeply about the quality of the support I offer. To stay fully present and attentive, I avoid back-to-back sessions and keep my caseload limited.
Appointments may be scheduled between 8 AM and 8 PM from Monday to Friday; once in a while, I may work on a weekend day, mostly when doing an intensive / long session.
I may be available only online between 8 AM and 9:30 AM, and both online and in-person from 10 AM - 8 PM.
